Always go for the deviled eggs!
Y’all, you can’t go wrong with deviled eggs! Please make these part of your permanent rotation in your home. I don’t know why I’ve been depriving myself for so long. For some reason, in my mind, I had them in the ‘you only eat these at a big gathering like Thanksgiving’ category. What? Yes, I’m sad it took me this long to realize I could have them any ole time I wanted! Here’s my breakfast from the other day…
Recently, I posted about how I use the instant pot to quickly get these eggs boiled and ready to peel. If you’ve never done eggs in the instant pot, you’ll wonder how you ever did without it.
Pass the pizza please!
Remember these pizza quesadillas I shared earlier?? Well, these can be cut into bite-sized slices and dipped in the THM pizza sauce I made and now you have some awesome on plan appetizers for the Big Game!!! These are on my list to make tomorrow for the party!
You can’t have a party without candy!
These Trim Healthy Mama on plan candies are always a hit. If you need to convince a friend that this plan is working and great, then make these and stand back! We always have these in the freezer for that moment when you really need a piece of chocolate and you don’t want to go off plan to get it! Coconut oil has so many amazing benefits and it’s an essential ingredient in these candies!
Pass the Pimento Cheese please!
Or as we call it in the south, Pamenna Cheese. Y’all, I’m serious, this is so easy and on plan! Just eat it with celery sticks, cucumber sticks, or Joseph’s pitas that you make into crackers. Just take bags of finely shredded cheese of your choice, Duke’s Mayonnaise (is there any other kind?) and pimentos that are finely diced. Put all in your Kitchen Aid mixer and go! I usually end up going back and putting more Duke’s mayo in because I like my Pamenna cheese extra creamy. But that’s just me. No one makes this like my momma and Aunt Diane do and one of these days, I’m gonna visit and do a video! I promise!
Last but not least… I’d like to introduce you to one of my favorite Trim Healthy Mama bloggers, Mrs. Criddle. I have to admit, when I first heard her name, this little old lady that looked like Mrs. Clause popped into my head. I don’t know why… but nevertheless… she’s awesome! And not ‘old lady’ like at all. LOL.
Here’s her awesome list for you to have fun with for your party planning!
We’d love for you to check out our Amazon store to find all that you need for your THM journey!!!
Thanks for stopping by!!! And by the way, I’m a UGA Dawgs fan so I couldn’t give a fig about who wins tomorrow night, so I’ll be screaming, “Go football!” and “Pass the bacon.”
