Just kidding!! It’s not moonshine, not really, it’s called GGMS or Good Girl Moonshine! It is completely alcohol free!!! The term was coined by the sisters that created the Trim Healthy Mama plan. The ingredients in this all day sipper are so good for you! Are you new to Trim Healthy Mama? Check out my first post about it.

Ginger is good for digestion, nausea, bloating, boosts immune system, lowers cholesterol, reduces arthritis pain, and many other benefits…
Apple Cider Vinegar: also known as ACV, only get the one WITH THE MOTHER. ACV is good for antifungal, lowers blood pressure, detoxifies the body, reduces acid reflux, and many other benefits…
Sweetener: could be stevia, erythritol, or zylitol.
Flavoring: could be tea, True Lemon or True Lime packets or Bai drinks (the drinks are on sale on amazon right now…)

1/2 tsp. Ginger
2 Tbsp. ACV
1-2 bags of Raspberry Zinger tea or for a fall flavor I’m using Cinnamon Apple Spice. Brew the tea for few minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients, finish filling the jar with ice and some water, enjoy!!
