Good evening! I hope anyone who reads this finds their day to be productive and successful. 90% of that, by the way, is how you choose to look at your day! I’ve been doing the Beginner’s Bodyweight workout from the nerdfitness website (video is linked over there on the right) and it started like this (three circuits in a row):
- 20 body weight squats
- 10 push ups
- 20 walking lunges
- 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)
- 15 second plank
- 30 Jumping Jacks
but now I’m doing 50 jumping jacks to warm up
30 body weight squats
15 push ups
30 walking lunges
30 dumbbell rows
30 second plank
50 jumping jacks
yay me! It feels great! I also took a before and after picture march 1 and march 30 and you would not believe the results in four short weeks!! I’ll be ordering the Nerd Fitness Guide so I can really kick this up a notch this summer. I’m so excited about getting stronger and healthier.
Below you will see what I had for breakfast yesterday…
This was juicing rainbow chard, beet, apples, carrots, red cabbage and black grapes. Oh. My. Word. This was really good! I enjoyed every sip!
Then for dinner I had:
This was almond milk, baby organic spinach, pineapple, strawberries, chia seeds and a little local honey. Wow, amazing and all sorts of good for you! Read about chia seeds here. You’ll be amazed at the facts about these little gems.
