This November I’ve accepted a challenge. It’s called National Blog Post Month and the hashtag is #NaBloPoMo. Weird, right? Anyhoo, I was thinking of what to share with you all each day and I’ve become so overwhelmed with gratitude this season and there are so many folks posting about it. So my thankful moment today is our visit to the Country Living Fair last month. This is the 6th time I’ve been able to go to the Country Living Fair at Stone Mountain Park! Here’s a fun picture that captures the years, the weather, the company, and the joy.
Celebrate someone today!
Sorry for the picture quality! The second pic is my sweet momma. Y’all have heard me talk about her a lot. I’m so glad she got to come this year. I hope you all have someone in your life that you just really enjoy spending time with and you get to do it often. Make it happen. It’s so important.
This picture was a window pane for sale and when I read it, it immediately brought tears to my eyes. Then I went and got momma and she cried too. Goodness, we are a mess, aren’t we?? I found some of these quotes for you to look at, I’m gonna do some Christmas shopping.
Mom had me when she was 23, 3 years after she and daddy married. This year they celebrated 51 years of marriage. She’s about to be 72. I sure hope I got her aging genes!!! I’d love to look this good at 72!
The Country Living Fair comes to Stone Mountain every October and so far, we’ve gotten to go since 2012. My friend, Lisa, (the one with her own hashtag… #everyoneshouldhavealisa) asked me to go back in 2012 and I loved it. Of course, I have no sense of decorating style whatsoever, but Lisa sure does. She helped me with my porch back in 2015 and I’m forever thankful for it. Check out this sign she helped me find for it too.

I have so much to be thankful for. May God remind me each day to tell those around me and love them unconditionally.
Keep it Simple,
