These bananas came in co op last week and needed some serious use so in they go! This shake is for those mornings when everyone is gone and suddenly you realize you haven’t eaten. You know what I mean… those mornings when you start eyeing that Halloween candy and think… “that candy ain’t gonna eat itself… I gotta help get rid of it”.. Hmmm… I feel you.

One thing though, the recipe says to cook the oats but I just ground then up first like a flour and then added the other ingredients and blended the hound out of it. This makes it super smooth. If you are not getting a smooth shake out of it, consider getting this Ninja I mentioned. It’s awesome!
Right now I’m a tad below goal weight so I think I’m gonna just go ahead and get a few more pounds off before Thanksgiving. Seriously, this is the easiest plan I’ve ever followed.
