See, I told y’all this week you would get to step out of the norm a bit with me! Yesterday, I got to spend the day with my momma. She loves to be organized but is very often just too busy keeping up with everything else to get there. A day with momma seemed to be just what the doctor ordered for my glum mood. Plus, anytime I get to organize something – especially a whole garage – I’m in!!!

So much more than a coffee mug. I love the sentiment!! This was my morning view. My momma making blueberry pancakes for all of us. My boys are so spoiled when we come here. I know times are changing and it won’t always be like this but I am savoring each moment I have with my parents!
Ok, off to the garage we go!
This is momma’s potting table. She knows all things gardening and if it wouldn’t take her out of the garden so much, I’m sure she could be a very successful gardening blogger!! We cleaned the whole thing off and put only the stuff back that was useful and needed to stay.
This is just a part of her greenhouse. See, I told you she’s no joke! Tons of orchids and other plants I don’t know the name of! (That cleared it up didn’t it!)
This whole bin is full of seeds she has harvested herself. The downside of saving too many things is that sometimes, stuff like this gets lost in the chaos and then they don’t grow since they are old. We’ll find out in the spring!!
Remember when I told y’all that I came from a family of outdoorsmen? Well, I bet you’ve never seen a gun rack on a golf cart so that the gardener could store their tools there!! My parents are so inventive!
I went in to the greenhouse to take a picture of the citrus tree and looked up and saw this! LOL. It made me laugh so I thought I’d share!
Last but not least, this precious clay planter is holding a plant my mom found. She giggled when she saw it and bought it to put in here. Some of y’all will appreciate this… it’s called Bad Hair Day!! So cute!!
I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse of my joy today.
Keep it Simple,
