So a friend told me about Trim Healthy Mama and I had her over to explain it to me. Turns out I like details with some things, like when I’m telling a story (annoying, right??) but not when I’m learning something new.
Just the facts, please.

Basically, your body can only burn one fuel at a time.
Feed it one at a time and it won’t store anything.

It should be here today and I’m going to get it spiral bound at Staples. Then I’ll just start making meals that we like and eat in the right order. I’ve sort of been doing it 1/2 way this week and already am seeing weight loss.
THIS WILL WORK.
Not like other plans I’ve done over the past 15 years that worked until I lost the weight then didn’t work because I went back to eating junk after the weight was gone. Ugh..
Can’t do that anymore.
We have to eat smarter.
