I know I talk about food a lot but seriously, y’all… doesn’t it just make your day when the kitchen smells like yum! These 4 ingredient sausage balls are super easy and they are a THM S for those that are following trim healthy mama! I took several of my favorite sausage ball recipes and took all the complicated out and came up with this!
It’s just sausage (you pick which kind) but my favorite is Delia’s Chicken Sausage, cheese, almond flour, and baking powder! Really! That’s it. I’m a dump and cook kinda girl so I just dump it all in my kitchenaid mixer (if you don’t have one, you need one… just click on the word over there and it’s a great deal…) and turn it on, then ball ’em up and cook!
One pound of sausage, 1.25 cups almond flour, 1.5 cups finely shredded colby jack cheese (you can use any), and 2 tsps aluminum free baking powder. See, I told you it was easy!
